RULES.
Art.1. Access to the artistic event is exclusively by selection.
Art.2. Artists of any nationality and religion, without age limits, working in any artistic and creative field with a free theme can participate in the selections. All artistic techniques are permitted.
Art.3. Payment of the registration fee is required as confirmation of participation, only if you pass the selection. The membership fee must be paid according to the methods received by email.
Art.4. Each artist can participate in the selections by sending images of real works by email. The related images must be sent in .jpg format. It is preferable to name the images with the author, title, measurements. The participation form, the images of the works and the documentary material (CV + Biography) must be sent, together with the registration form, to the following email address:

Art.6. In the event of a sale, the artist must pay the 20% percentage to the organizing body as a donation to the Falzone Arte Contemporanea association.
Art.10. The artist is the only guarantor of the originality of the works presented and is responsible for any reports of plagiarism, being aware that only original works can be exhibited in the exhibition venue.
Art.12. In exchange for the advantageous discount, the offer is not refundable. If the artist cancels participation anyway, it is sufficient to send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., but no refund will be due. The artist is aware that there may be a possible postponement or change of date of the event and that no refund is foreseen.
Art.13. By joining the exhibition, the artist consents to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and art. 13 GDPR 679/16 and to the disclosure of visual, graphic, photographic, audio and documentary material for the promotion of the event.
Art.14. The artist accepts this regulation in all its points, none excluded. Sending the registration form has contractual validity for all legal purposes.
