REGULATIONS.

Art. 1. Access to the artistic event is by selection only.

Art. 2. Artists of any nationality and religion, regardless of age, working in any artistic or creative field, and with any theme, may participate in the selection process. All artistic techniques are permitted.

Art. 3. Payment of the registration fee is required to confirm participation only if successful. The membership fee must be paid according to the payment instructions received by email. Failure to pay the full membership fee will officially deem the artist "non-participant."

Article 4. Artists may participate in the selection process by emailing or uploading images of actual works to the online registration form. Images must be submitted in .jpg format. It is preferable to label images with "Author_Title_Measurements." The entry form, images of the works, and documentary material (CV + Biography) must be submitted by completing the online form or by sending the registration form to the following email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. with the title of the event in the subject line. Selection will be based on the images received. To ensure proper organizational coordination, please submit the entry form as soon as possible. We decline any responsibility for any malfunctions in the online system.

Art. 5. The artist's presence is neither required nor mandatory. The artist is not required to be present during the exhibition period, during which time the staff of the Falzone Arte Contemporanea cultural association will provide sales assistance. The artistic direction establishes the opening hours, which cannot be changed by the artist. Security is not included, but sales assistance is included.

Art. 6. In the event of a sale, the artist must pay 20% of the proceeds to the organizing body as a donation to the Falzone Arte Contemporanea association.

Art. 7. Selected artists will be required to submit original works, which must be delivered by Falzone Arte Contemporanea at the times and locations indicated in the acceptance letter via email. Other persons may be delegated to deliver and/or collect the works. The delivery and collection times, requested in writing by Falzone Arte Contemporanea, must be meticulously adhered to by the artists, any of their delegates, or the couriers they appoint. Falzone Arte Contemporanea assumes no civil or criminal liability for any delay or failure to collect/deliver by couriers, the artist, or their delegates, who are obligated to adhere to the exact time slot and date indicated by Falzone Arte Contemporanea and collaborate in the smooth running of the event. Those delivering/collecting the works are required to be punctual. Security is not included in the registration fee.

Art. 8. Artists may not interfere with the Falzone Arte Contemporanea association's selection decisions regarding the exhibition, which will be aimed at ensuring the quality of the event, which has cultural and not self-promotional value. Falzone Arte Contemporanea does not promote individual narcissism, but rather artistic culture. Artists, their personal promoters/curators, and their family members/friends/acquaintances may not choose the placement of their works on the Falzone Arte Contemporanea stand or in the exhibition venue where Falzone Arte Contemporanea organizes the event. Events organized by Falzone Arte Contemporanea are collective events where the works of multiple artists are exhibited according to the values ​​of cultural enrichment through the comparison of heterogeneous works. No artist may request greater prominence or choose their own position in the exhibition because Falzone Arte Contemporanea alone decides and because the association does not promote narcissism, but artistic culture, projects, and creative ideas.
Anyone who objects to Falzone Arte Contemporanea's exhibition choices will be immediately removed from the event, respecting mutual responsibilities. The artist will not be entitled to any refunds. They will be prohibited from exhibiting and will be required to promptly remove their works from the Falzone Arte Contemporanea stand or the exhibition venue if they do not comply with the association's exhibition choices.


Art. 9. The artist releases Sabrina Falzone, as the organizer, and all her collaborators from any civil or criminal liability for damage to the works and the packaging in which they arrive at the venue. The artist also releases the entire Falzone Arte Contemporanea association from liability for natural disasters, floods, theft, loss, vandalism, and disasters of any kind. It is recommended that the works be insured before participating. Even if the works are damaged by couriers, Falzone Arte Contemporanea will not be entitled to compensation under any circumstances, even if the works arrive damaged enough to render them unfit for display.

Art. 10. The artist is the sole guarantor of the originality of the works presented and is responsible for any reports of plagiarism, being aware that only original works may be exhibited at the exhibition venue.

Art. 11. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the date of the event, and no refund will be provided for any travel and accommodation expenses booked by the artist, who is not required to attend. It is recommended that travel and accommodations be booked a few days before the event, rather than too far in advance.

Art. 12. Despite the favorable discount, the offer is non-refundable. If the artist cancels their participation after paying the full or partial fee, simply send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Art. 13. By participating in the exhibition, the artist consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Article 13 of GDPR 679/16, and to the dissemination of visual, graphic, photographic, audio, and documentary material for the promotion of the event.

Art. 14. The artist accepts these rules in all their parts, without exception. The artist has fully understood the contents of the rules. Submitting this online form is contractually binding for all legal purposes.
